Air Compressor
A 2 - 5 HP air compressor is required to provide at least
80 PSI of clean air to the air brush system. The printer is equipped with
additional air quality filtration and oil traps to keep the lines clean
and dry.
HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure)
Spray System
Some jobs are very large and require additional coating
not sold with the system. We highly recommend the Wagner CS 9000 unit.
It is compact and comes complete with air gun hose, turbine motor and spare
parts. It is available worldwide.
Air Quality Control Device (optional)
A high volume HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Arrester)
filtration system will keep 90% of the over spray from the printing, environment
under control. We highly recommend it.
Supply Resources
We will supply a list of textile and vinyl and recommended
coating suppliers to end users. Over 50 substrates can be used in production
printing.
Also, we will make available a supplies and spare parts
list. We supply paints, special coatings, electronic airbrush nozzles,
overcoat nozzles, test papers and spare parts for the Michelangelo system.
